You don’t sell your home every day. You need someone who listens to your expectations, and can meet them. I put my skill and resources in motion based on what is best for YOU.
We will be working together for 2-12 months, depending on your type of property. Let’s decide if we are a good match for a long term relationship. I’ll be honest, smart, and professional with your listing.

The hardest part is pricing your home correctly. Seems easy, given the mountains of online information these days. There’s so much more to correctly pricing your home to sell. I’ll make sure you know enough to make the decision that works for you.
First impressions are lasting. Few chances exist to recover from a bad image. As a certified stager (and daughter to an interior designer), I’ll help you ready your home to appeal to the most Buyers possible, the first time. This will make $$$ worth of difference at the closing table.
An art itself. To do it right requires the knowledge of a professional Realtor®. We know the Real Estate industry; it’s regulations, forms, ethics, key processes and partners. Emotions cannot be a part of this. You need a strong, experienced ally to represent what is best for you in the sale of your largest asset which may be your beloved family home that is hard to part with.

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT – In Texas, the amount of required forms and documentation is daunting. Making sure both sides have properly prepared and finished paperwork is important to assure nothing is missed that will affect your sale. I must work closely with both the Buyer agent and all the various partners that comprise the transaction, often in a ‘drop dead date’ situation.

I do this every day.
COMMUNICATION – You want to know everything that’s happening in a ‘NOW’ timeframe. I do that with online tracking and calendar updating. I put all your pertinent documents in an online transaction portal that you can access easily.
You tell me how you want to communicate – be it Texting, Facebook Messenger, Email, or phone, that’s how I will do it.
I also answer when you call. ALWAYS.
