Realtors are people, too! Here’s a bit about this one:

My family background has a lot of real estate & builders, so I loved houses from the start. I’ve also loved horses from the start. From 4-H to Pony Club, to training ‘racetrack rejects/OTTBs’ for hunter-jumper competitions, to team penning and trail riding, horses have been my passion since before I could say the word.

How do houses and horses come together? People who own horses usually need a house! My niche is helping folks find farm-ranch properties for their four-legged friends to share. Here in North Texas, there are properties like this for every budget. I’ll help you dig up just the one you need or sell what you have for a new one.

My professional background is in the Information Technology world, network administration and hardware configuration. I learned about customer service early in the travel industry which served me well in the corporate world. Everyone should be treated as important, because everyone IS.

When I work for you as a Realtor, you get my full attention to exactly what you wish, and we will get you where you need to be. I strive for easy, low stress transactions. This is an emotional journey even though it seems to ‘only’ be about a house. A house is ‘HOME’. Where your family makes memories. I want to help you make new ones in a new home, while honoring your home for sale by helping you make it a perfect place for the next family.

Education is paramount to success for all parties, and I have completed (and continue learning) intensive training both in REALTOR® circles, and other training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for a quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure.
