Prepare To Sell program:

Revive acts as GC, works with any contractor, though they will ‘vet’ first, unlike Curbio who has contracted vendors

• Only remodel under current roof, no additions
• No major structural done, such as fix bad plumbing, foundations, structural damage
• No money out of pocket, paid at close
• Revive fees paid by contractor agreement
• Work with in-house designers & their catalogs of finishes, with your agent as area advisor, to get final remodel design.
• Revive Takes Deed Of Trust on property until sale (Curbio does not)
• Use same real estate agent until sold
• 12 mos. Contract only, can pay more to extend contract.
• Usually takes 6-8 weeks
• Will give any remodel $$ if the return on value of Appraised After value works out for all parties.
• If Seller backs out of selling home, they pay balance due immediately
