About Me

You might say real estate is in my blood. My Chicago ancestors were real estate entrepreneurs, and my parents were involved in real estate behind the scenes, and home design. I’ve always appreciated the many styles of homes, and how each style and amenity appeals to different folk.

The most important point I learned early on about real estate is that EVERYONE needs a place to live. Each person has different definitions and affordability requirements. ALL are worthy of owning their own home.

Services I Provide

SERVICE is the foremost service I provide. I don’t sell anything, I mediate and facilitate the dense Texas contractual forest of paperwork and prose that you will face when entering the real estate market here.

I don’t boast, I work. For my Client. That could be YOU.

  • Farm-Ranch
  • Buyers
  • Sellers

Why I’m Good At Real Estate Consulting

Real Estate is a high dollar, high risk, high emotion industry. My ability to stay focused on the details and help my clients keep their balance during the transaction is key to a successful experience for them.

My Continuing Education

Moving from home to home is a big deal. Especially if you have a family or pets. It’s not a decision made lightly, by either my clients or me. Big smiles and happy words only come after a successful transaction, not as a way to diffuse & impress. This transaction is usually the biggest dollar value thing anyone will do in their life. It’s not a game.

Depend on me to help smooth the way by using the knowledge I have – and continue to educate on – to assure that all details are being handled. Working well with many other real estate professionals (lenders, inspectors, other agents, title companies, and whoever is needed) is a given. When all parties are satisfied, the transaction is easy and something you may want to do again someday.

Things I Enjoy

These pictures are of my two FAVORITE things. Here’s an idea of other things and places that give me joy (or at least some fun!):

Horses • Dogs • Sailing • Beaches • “Colorado style” vistas • Ferries in Puget Sound (WA State) • Music • Trumpet  •  Flute • Books • Hawaii • Ireland • Good Movies (Sci-Fi anyone?) • Paranormal stuff • Spiritual stuff

More About Me

Having lived in alot of different places all my life makes me pretty laidback and accepting of challenges. Starting out in Hawaii then living in 7 other states allowed me to see lots of people and places. My fun Travel Agent career helped me to meet people from all types of life and sent me out of country to see more. People are interesting!

After that I’ve been a:

Personal Manager • Horse Trainer • DJ • IT Network Admin

Systems Engineer • Mom (the most important one!)
