Grayson County is still showing the biggest price gain in the last year, as Denison and Sherman markets heat up with the new businesses coming in, and prices still so high in the cities south, Anna, Van Alstyne, Melissa.
Fannin County remains the place to invest in land again, as the new reservoirs will generate alot of vacation home interest now the drought is over. See Bois de Arc Lake here, and Lake Ralph Hall here, north of Ladonia.
