There are homeowners, however, who have neighbors who are constantly changing, for better or worse. The neighborhood dynamics change based on how many rentals exist there. Here’s a quick look at some of the neighborhoods in Anna, TX and a general number of how many in each subdivision are NOT Owner Occupied (this doesn’t necessarily make it a rental property):

 Avery Pointe – 81 of 521 properties. Anna, TX

Camden Parc – 40 of 175 properties. Anna, TX

Creekside – 76 of 235 properties. Anna, TX

Northpointe Crossing – 235 of 748 properties. Anna, TX

Oak Hollow – 277 of 971 properties. Anna, TX
